Customer’s on fixed-wireless occasionally may lose connectivity due to brief power “blinks“.
If this is the case, it’s easily corrected by disconnecting the power cable to the POE, which commonly look like this:
Remove power (black cable), and the LED light should go out. Leave un-plugged for at least 30 seconds. Then re-insert the power cable back into the end of the POE adapter. The radio, should re-establish connection to the Internet Texoma Access Point and provide Internet Access shortly thereafter.
