To setup your iPhone IOS device, follow the screen shots below as an example.

First, press Settings from the Main Screen

Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars from the Settings Menu.

Choose Other

Select Add Mail Account

Enter in your Name, E-mail address, password and an account description

Enter in the following information for the Incoming Mail Server

Enter the Outgoing Mail Server name and credentials (same as incoming)

The screen should appear similar to below…

Approve the server identity check,

Then your device will verify the settings, this may take up to 45 seconds or more. When prompted, approve using without SSL..

This will complete the setup screen and your new account will appear now under the Apple Mail App..

Your account is ready and should synchronize with the mail server.
